Hi, since kernel 2.6.19 I get a high frequent whistling noise from the left part of my Macbook Pro (near the AC plug). The noise seem to be related to frequency management, since it gets *worse* when I throttle the CPU frequency down (e.g. by governor "ondemand"). It is not there with kernel 2
