opening folders in transmit

Hello, I am using transmit for the first time today and I can download a folder in the root of an ftp site. I am not sure yet though how i can open folders and move to folders within that. I know i can open a folder in a new window but then if i want to navigate to one of it s subfolders

I find that which ever way you use to read email, regardless of the method, in Snow Leopard, there are unnatural pauses, where Voice Over pauses at the end of each line, making for a very disjointed reading experience. This did not occur in Lepoard. Reading lengthy articles works great
