Yes I did that but it wasn't that. I figured out how to fix it. I somehow hit
the left and right arrow at the same time sometime today and screwed it up. I
have it back to normal now, smile.

I second Chris here,
I think that if flash files aren't refferable on the web, we're pretty much
stuck with trying to get info from it. That's why all metas are in the html/php
which the swf is embedded in. But hey, there always might be something out
there. When my devver finishes his first ip

This announcement means that you need to open a window i.e. Command + N as some
applications are set not to display any windows by default and some can be set
to not display any windows. But why ould you need to open windows on a

OH all right thanks. I was meaning if the tv Tuner was pluged into the PVR and
then into my network that's the type of tuner I was looking for.
Not sure if sling box would do this and let you record stuff or not.

Apple made it's own Youtube player which launches. I assume this player
uses the native video hardware decoder rather than software to play back
the video. Note that even if you opt-in for HTML5 video you still get
shunted to the youtube player. Vimeo bumps you to the QuickTime player.

Just curious, what software is running when you view a YouTube video on the
iPhone? I assumed it had to be some variety of Flash.

Ok, it looks like my epson works with VueScan but I'm not sure how to use it.
Is there a user guide someplace?

Interesting read about the lack of love between Apple and Adobe in
relation to Flash and why you'll never see flash on the ipod/iphone/ipad.

Are either of these features well supported in general? Can I actually

Hi,
Related to this software discussion is the issue of finding the best
scanner. I have been trying to connect an HP PSC1315 to my Mac with no
success. Apparently Snow Leopard is the problem somehow. I can make it print

Hi,
What would be interesting now is to know how VO on the Ipad differs from say
the iphones VO. After all, there are quite a number of new features, and VO
must have a way to work with them. Wonder for example if the book reader is
usable, it should be since it's a built-in app. So many questio
Contact them since they will have that answer. Now of course if you explain the
accessibility issues, they might sell you the older version and maybe at a
lower price; can't hurt to ask.

Anouk,
Please send them a note as well. I think they need to hear this since I don't

certainly have brought this to their attention, but more voices would not hurt.

Hello May,
I would strongly advise against ReadIris. The setting to correct page
orientation has to be reset every time you launch the application. If you scan
the left-hand and right-hand pages at the time, it regularly gets them the
wrong way round, making nonsense of the text. It also has a
