When I bought my iPhone, I bought a case with it and haven't had any of
these signal loss problems. The signal loss problems can effect any cell
phone if it's held wrong without a case from what I understand. So now we
get to find out how many people decided not to buy proper cases.
Sometimes
If you have a Macbook with a multitouch trackpad, you can create a gesture that
will take you right to the menubar. From there, it's first letter navigation
which should be straight forward. Might be a little easier than VO-M.

I don't think there's an undo action, but you might be able to find
the entries you added by going into the View menu on the menu bar and
choosing "Show Last Import". Don't know whether this would help.

You have to dedicate the braille display to the virtual machine. It doesn't
share with the voice over on the Mac. it is a little painful but it will work.

them fine, or at least I used to be able to. I haven't tried it since Safari 5
