Hi, Open up iTunes and in the sources table go down to the iTunes store. Now open the item chooser with VO I and search for a purchases link. Click on the link and you will have tabs for your purchased apps, music books, etc. In each tab should be a download all button or link. hth

Hi Denise. There's two ways. The easiest and quickest is to press VO and then with your other hand take two fingers and twist them on the trackpad to the left. It should make a beep oise and say Track Commander Off. You can turn it on when you want it the same way by twisting your two fingers
