Hi Mark
This works great IMO. Once you have the setting you want, you drag your finger
around the screen. So you don't swipe but just drag. If your setting is on word
then VO will only read out the word your finger is on. IF it is on Paragraph
then of course the whole paragraph will be read

Hi Mike,
Why do you want to mask your IP address?
Don't you have a router between you and the Internet?
Natting is the simplest method to hide your PC IP address.

There are clear guidelines on how to make menus accessible which
includes keyboard controls, focus management and correct use of ARIA
attributes. Much of this is documented in the w3c ARIA design patterns.
Here is a link to the menubar specific stuff:
Hi, I looked on the app store and I am a little confused. I am not sure
exactly how to find apps. I didn't see a search box on the store site so could
you tell me what I'm doing wrong. I am using Lion and just used the app store
on the Dock.
Any help would be grateful appreciated.
Command F brings up a search box in the App store. other helpful choices are
locoed in the pull-down menus in the menu bar (vow M).

making the game accessible. I've searched the app store and his website, but
see no contact option. Since you said you managed to find his address, could
you pass it along?
Thanks,

Anyone know of software for the Mac that is of course VO friendly,
that will teach someone how to type.
On the Window's side I always point people to Talking Typing Teacher.
Anything like that for the Mac?
Thanks.

Hello Anne. I appreciate your contributions to this list. I am doing pretty
well with numbers but have a question. Is there a way to jump to a particular
cell? In Excel, there is a go to feature that allows users to go to a given
cell. I appreciate any help on this.
Thanks so much.

Thanks, Sarai. I always like to show developers that those of us who benefit

I'm sorry to say, there is no command in Numbers to jump to a particular cell.
Many people have complained about this, so I hope when Apple eventually brings
out a new version of iWork, this massive oversight will be corrected.

Hello Ioana,
PowerPoint for Mac is not accessible with VO, you'll need to use KeyNote, which
is part of the iWork suite.
If you're not familiar with presentation software, you might find it rather
complicated to use.
I don't know how it works on the iPhone.
