Currently, there is not an accessible PDF editor for the Mac, unless you put
Windows on your Mac. However, several of us have contacted the developers of
PDF pen pro and have told them that we want one for the Mac last I heard, we
got a good B response for excessibility VoiceOver acces

I don't have any information on podcasts or tutorials, but I will tell you that
if you have any experience with Excel, you should have no trouble at all with
numbers. I just started doing it and explored the menus, and I was up and
running. Just thought I would offer more encouragement.
I do have experience with excel, but when I opened up one of my spread
sheets, the layout was hard to navigate.

I think I know what may be the trouble, maybe. Numbers has a different method
for telling VoiceOver what to announce. By default, you have one column heading
and one row heading. Programs like Jaws have other methods for telling the
speech what to say. You may be able to insert an extra

Here's the thing. I'm updating right now. Is my Iphone supposed to do the
update and then recycle it's power when the update is finished so that it turns
itself off then on and Voice Over starts automatically? Been waiting a little
while now and the last thing I heard was "verifying update".
Hello Ray. It takes a while. After it's done you get a setup wizard to set
up IOS 6 with ICloud, etc. You also have an ITunes and a Mountain Lion

I just upgraded my iMac to Mac OS 10.8.2. Now I have a serious VoiceOver lag.
It stops speaking and words get broken up. I sort of hope it just resolves

I haven't updated yet, but the behavior sounds like the mac is just doing a lot
in the background.
As for features, the major ones are facebook integration on the os
(notification center, share menus, and so on) and improved battery life for
macbooks.

Yes I believe it has resolved itself. I still feel a little on edge, but things
appear better. I think this happened after another update now that I think
about it. Yes the new update adds those things. I like it. And I like the
iCloud tabs in Safari.

Somebody said that they had a conflict with Siri and voice over in the new iOS

I've been having some interesting problems when running k1000 under vm
fusion. K1000 seems to cut words and sentences short and you won't hear
more than the first syllable or so. This happens when I'm going through

I understand your disappointment. Iphone 4 cannot run serie because the chip
isn't fast enough. If you want Serie you will need the Iphone 4s or5.

In the interest of full disclosure, this is not true. Those who jailbreak have
been able to run Siri on iPhone4 and even iPod models with good success.
Besides, all the interpretation takes place remotely, so the iTouch really has
to do very little in the way of processing what you say.

It's interesting you should say that because my system does seem to get really
hot when I'm working with k1000. It's really the only thing I do in windows on
my Mac actually. If there was a native Mac reading solution on par with k1000
i would make a total switch from the pc world
Mine got stuck at 96% as well. I also noticed that the actual installation
takes quite a while, so don't panic if that happens.

Please make sure you have Quick Nav turned off, and then simply press right
arrow to expand messages and left arrow to collapse them.
