How to record my own voice on my Mac

guys, I have a problem. I need to answer some interview questions for a radio show. Unfortunately, I've lost my Edirol R09 and need to make alternate arrangements to create an mp3 file I can send to the radio station. I do have a Skype camera that has a microphone that I use when on Skype.

Hi Chris, Remove the header rows and columns. I do this when I start a new sheet and VO starts saying A1, A2 and so on. If you create a new sheet, VO-Shift-M and select Header/Footer from the menu. Choose Header Rows and set the number to 0. Do the same for Header Columns and you're good to go.
