I don't think this is possible in Macintosh mail. There was a plugin I have
mentioned in the past that was supposed to be able to hcreate rules on outgoing
messages, but I don't remember the application right now, and I never heard if
it was VO usable.

It sounds like you are specifically talking about the table of messages in your
query. I believe I once adjusted which columns were visible with and in what
order with VoiceOVer, but there is also a "Attributes" sub menu in the view
menu which used to allow you to check and uncheck items for

So enable it on my fritz box and then made sure my servers had IP v6 switched
on and DHCP and DNS set to obtain addresses automatically
And so far no issues.
