problems navigating in mail and the menu bar

Hello all After installing yesterday's updates, I'm encountering a couple of strange issues. In mail, once I have navigated in to the inbox I need and interacted with it, I find that I cannot up or down arrow through the list of emails. The Focus keeps jumping in to a search box. when I am on

Um,, I really don't see what they've done that makes a lot of change for those of us using adaptive tech, AR is not going to be easy to work with when using voiceover and personally I wouldn't put my health data into an app (at this point anyway) because I don't trust NZ medical
