Hi,
You need to check the box to manually manage videos that is located in the
Summary pane when the iPhone is connected to the Mac. Once that checkbox is
checked and that settings has been applied, then you can delete custom
ring-tones.

While looking at this, I find I cannot delete custom ringtones that
are on my iPhone due to running iTunes 12.7. With the device connected,
and browsing to the Tones item under Devices in the sidebar, there are
no tones to be seen. How to delete them?

Hi,
See if you're able to do anything with the disk after going up to the View menu
in Disk Utility, and to Show All Devices. You should then be able to select
the entire disk instead of the volume. From there you should be able to
erase/partition it. If that still gives you grief, we'll hav

Hi there,
I struggled with this for a long time when I first tried youtube-dl too.
Put quotations around the url and make sure that you are using a double dash —
prior to the youtube-dl commands—hopefully the following line translates
correctly in email:

Hi,
Can someone tell me what I’m doing wrong?
I can’t get this to work.

It is for Yosemite, but I don't believe that things have changed much in that
respect in High Sierra.

Hi,
Doing this through the Finder is not recommended. It can corrupt your backups
and make them ineffective. If you use the Time Machine method, consistency is
maintained. If you enter Time Machine, then use the Window Chooser to access
the Time Machine controls, you are able to backup, rest
Hi,
It depends on the location of the partitions. The partitions are somewhat
sequential. Therefore, if you have four partitions, for example, HD-1, HD-2,
HD-3 and HD-4, you can't shrink HD-3 and add it to HD-4. There's kind of like
start and end markers for the partitions, and it's difficul
