ambient noise level as well.

Hi Simon,
I expect that it will have the butterfly keyboard as it's the new way Apple
likes to do things. Yes, there are people who have problems, but it's not
every keyboard, so until they come up with a new technology, the butterfly is
in for the new models.

If it’s the smtp address then why not set the required smtp address in your
icloud configuration to be a secure smtp address so that it’s constantly uses

Perfect example, on my end, I can press the fn key to activate it, and it will

I thought I would have a try with this. I have enhanced dictation
enabled. It seems to work ok. Will spend more time with this, maybe with
enhanced dictation disabled.as well.

I am wondering if the program requires you to train it in some way?
That was certainly the case with other such programs I have encountered.

Hi all,
I've been playing with dictation on the Mac this afternoon. Has anyone else
noticed that it works about one time out of five? Just wondering if my
experience is typical, or if I might be doing something wrong.
Cheers,

Hi,
I would take your Mac to the nearest Apple Store or Apple Certified Service
provider. Apple announced a program whereby they are fixing keyboards on
select models for free. These are the MacBook and MacBook Pro models with the
butterfly keys. You can explain the issues and they should
It's a thing, folks. I called Apple this morning to ask if I was eligible. I
had to provide my serial number, and answer some basic questions about the

Hi,
I believe that my original suggestion is the cleanest. I did find some

When you choose a different server for an account, all messages you send from
the account use that server until the network status changes. The status

Other than when a specific smtp server is unavailable, I don't know of a way to
easily have Mail choose an alternate smtp server. There may be such a way, but

hi,
I would assume that you then have two different accounts in Mail so that one
version of you is used for most messages, and the other is for this specific
list. So, when addressing the mail message, keep tabbing through the fields

On the Mac, how do I force a mail account that usually uses one SMTP server to
sometimes use a different one? I’ve configured the second server already, but I
don’t know how to choose which server I use. I normally want to send with the
default, but when sending to a certain email list,
