I’m not sure I understand what you’re asking. When accessing the rotor using
VO-Cmd-Arrow keys, you can’t type anything. You just navigate through the
headings, links, etc.

This was one of the things that was broken for me. It is now been fixed having
allowed the system to update. My Brilliant 40 (Old Version) now works again!
