sometimes I have trouble when I plug a memory stick or card into my Mac because my Mac doesn't see it at first. even if it doesn't have a name it should say "noname" or the maker of the memory stick or some such thing. if you press command-shift-C and arrow up and down and still don't hear

Hi, When you plug a drive in of any kind, it should show up on your desktop. If you navigate to the finder, the drive will be there. It is good computer management practice to always safely eject a drive when you are finished with it. To do so, find the drive in finder and press Command E.

Yes backspace and delete are 2 different keys, Tim described the keyboard on a notebook But on your keyboard the backspace key is 2 keys above the return key on the main section of your keyboard. Don’t use the delete key as its not going to work for you in this situation. You could also think of
