On the ultra 2 they have the blood oxygen measurement.
And it works quite well.

The Apple press is full of rumors of a new and redesigned Apple watch
for the 10th anniversary of the first Apple watch. Speculation says
marking anniversaries in this way is an Apple thing. That would take us
