digest mode?

2011-05-23 Thread Christy Schulte
Anyone happen to know how to go digest mode on this list without going to the google website and having to mess with that? I tried a few things but it didn't work. Just using a different email set up right now that makes going through so many emails at a time a bit of a hassle. Thanks! --

Iphone speaker phone

So, I read somewhere that the new update was supposed to help with this, but it really didn't with mine and I'm wondering if anyone has any advice. When I'm on a call with my iphone, the crazy thing seems to switch in and out of speaker phone rather often. Sometimes, if I sit very, very still

Hm, my letters are reading ok, but I am noticing that some of the speech is cutting off slightly prematurely. Not enough to make it unusable, but enough to be annoying. It's like on some things, the very last syllable gets cut in half, is the best way I know to describe it. With letters, it's

If you're not using a 2wire modem from verizon already, I definitely suggest going the linksys route. Netgear is horrid, at least when I tried it. That said I've been using this 2wire for a while and it's been a long time since I fiddled with a linksys router. But when I did, it was completely

Bible software for the iphone?

2010-09-05 Thread Christy Schulte
Can anyone recommend a good, accessible, bible app for the iphone? I'd prefer free, and i'd definitely prefer offline so that I don't have to connect to read, but accessible is the number one requirement. I tried a logos version, but couldn't get it to work for anything. Tried touch bible,

Problems with latest update?

2010-08-19 Thread Christy Schulte
Has anyone done the latest software update, the one that had something to do with graphics? I tried to do it yesterday, and now my macbook pro is apparently sitting there at the apple logo screen, doing nothing. I did a little research, and did the cmd-option-p-r thing which worked, but didn't

Keyboard issues with fusion, suggestions?

I know some of this has come up before, but info gets lost in other subjects and messages, so I was hoping to maybe see this addressed in one message. Are any of you successfully running windows on a macbook pro, using jaws or SA? And if so, do you have any tips or tricks? My main issues are

I'm having the same problem, and even the full screen command doesn't work for me. It worked on the mac mini but isn't working consistently on the macbook. Then again my macbook is having all kinds of odd keyboard issues. One thing I do know, though, is that you need to turn voiceover off when
