If you have a Yahoo email account, check to make sure that the Yahoo account
does not have a send or sent folder under the folders heading. For some reason
a sent folder has been created so that when you send your email out of apple it
goes into the sent folder and not the sent mail box. In

one other thing you might try is to force the mouse cursor to be where the
voiceover one is and then left click the mouse (without moving it of course).
this tends to work around the problem that voiceover sometimes has.
