Sending Mail from wrong account

Hello, I am running Mavericks on a Mac Mink. I have sseveral email accounts and I have one account set as the account to use to send mail by defalt. The problem is even though that account is selected the mail is sent using a different account. Thanks Steve -- You received this message

Mail messages not being announced as read or unread

Sending Mail With Charter.net

Hello, I am trying to setup my charter email account. The outgoing mail server is smtp.charter.net according to charter support. I can't make this work and havew to use google as the outgoing server to send mail. Any help on this would be appreciated. Thanks Steve

Deleting Skype

Hello, I attempted to put in the Skype beta and not sure what happened but now i am unable to delete the skype folder from applications. Does anyone know how I can do this. I have tried cmd delete, delete by itself, cmd x and backspace.. Thanks Steve
