That is the control option command f-8 that will start the VO training.
Anytime you accidentally close it out, etc. you can press that command to
have it start again.

Yes, Tap Forms works very well once you get used to its quirks. It involves
a great deal of interacting, and costs about $20.00, but if you're looking
for an ability to create forms and have records associated with them and
have them be searchable, it should do what you need. I
I would like to add a small correction here. At least with the version of
Pages I have, I am able to save Word documents in 97/2003 format (.doc). In
TextEdit, I can save documents in .docx format.
What neither Pages nor TextEdit can handle is complex formatting with Word
documents.
