I think the "private" flag just indicates that the list moderators have to
approve someone manually. Other lists are set up so anyone can join, but this
one is different. When your friend subscribes, he should get a message saying
that his request is awaiting moderator approval. Once he is okaye
Hey guys, my friend would like to subscribe, but he does it says that this list
is a private one.
Are we not aloud new users? How should he go about subscribing to the list?
