U might be very confused, buy I don't get where does that link goes to. If I
have a picture, what do I do with it, where do I paste it to get that link?

There should be a place on your server in the settings where you can just paste
the link and that should be all you need to do. You should not have to mess
with iTunes at all.
I will do a bit of digging and see if I can figure out where it is

As far as I can understand the only requirement is to have it on the main page
of your show. Not each episode individually.
Depending on what you use to get your RSS feed you have to give them the URL of
your image that you have uploaded to your server. I have a WordPress website

You can use preview to change the dimensions of an image.
Go to tools and adjust size.
