How can I activate Launch Pad, please?

As a VoiceOver user, I find the best way to use Launchpad, is as follows:
1. Make sure Launchpad is on your Dock. If Launchpad is not already on your
Mac’s Dock, you can put it there by opening the Applications folder, navigating
to the Launchpad app, and then pressing CTRL + CMD + Shift + T,
If you invoke LaunchPad, you can start typing the name of the desired
application to narrow the list of options.
