You can easily add items to the Dock “accessibly", by selecting the item you would like to add to the Dock, and then use the keyboard command CTRL + CMD + Shift + T. Once you have added an item to the Dock, you can rearrange Dock items using CMD + Option + Left/Right arrow. HTH. - Brad - On
