get a program called Mush-Z to work with it, but that’d require Sapi or
something else. I doubt a screen reader could run under wine and still work
with wine programs as usual.

I've managed to get Swamp working. There's a delay when shooting, but all other
sounds run very well. I'll put a guide together once I nail down the exact
procedure.
