We have a Cuisinart air fryer, that I would not call accessible. It has two infinitely scrolling dials and four buttons. You turn the left dial to select a feature: Toast, Bagel, Bake Toast Air Fry pizza etc… You select what you want by pushing the middle of the dial. Then you use the right dial

So, I got a Cassori Smart air-fryer made by vesync. While there is a touch screen front, the app is totally accessible. Personally, I took a piece of quilters tape and ran it from the bottom edge of the display to the start button; however, David Andrews says he just uses where he knows the start b
