Cellular means that it will take a SIM card. Some providers offer a second SIM
to work on the same number as your phone and yes they charge extra for that.
You could get a SIM with another number and that will cost too. As someone else
as already suggested ask your provider what they off
I’m guessing someone else will be able to answer your question, but you could
always give your cellular provider a call and ask them?
