i do have those problems too, i usally turn my bluetooth headphone first before
opening my computer, that solve my problem,. because if i open my bluetooth
headphone when my computer is on i have to go to the system preference then go
up with the internal speaker then go back to my headphone th
I fixed this temporarily by totally removing soundflower. I don't really use it
anyway. But still I have the problem of system sounds playing through the
internal speakers until I go and reset the output device. Any idea why this
might be?
