Hi Bill, m sets a marker at the insertion point, p sets it at the play head. So it may be that you're not routing the insertion point to the play head before setting your marker with m. For most tasks, p is way easier, it involves fewer keystrokes. Jonathan Mosen Mosen Consulting Blindness

I just bought and installed AmadeusPro, and bought Jonathan’s audio tutorial. I was able to set markers a few times, then suddenly things started acting strange and now I can’t set markers, and other weirdness as well. I did a permissions repair from the recovery partition, but still the same
