Personally, ChromeVox is invaluable in learning Google Docs. I tried learning it with Voiceover and I got nowhere. Your iOS experience may be better, as I’ve heard lots of folks prefer it to the Mac with VO, but ChromeVox really isn’t all that hard to learn and works like a charm in Docs, Sheets

Hi, Sorry, I'm not aware of any documentation. Although, that doesn't mean that there isn't any out there, I've just never looked that hard. The Docs app from Google for iOS sort of makes it so that you're not really using the browser based thing, but you are connected to it and collaborating
