What does Custom Verbosity Table do in the Voiceover Utility Category,
Speech?
When I interact with this table, I just find the name of different controls.
Can I customize these controls in any way? If yes, how can I do that,
please?

This is a two column table. The first column lists a control type and the
second column is a pup-up with 5 options.
1. Default - Use the verbosity listed at before the list.
2. Low For this control usually just speak its Name
3. Medium
4. High Speak Name, Value and type for most controls
5. Custo
