Cut and paste? Is it possible?

I believe, if I am not mistaken, that you wish to move a file from one location to another without having to copy then move then delete from original location? IF so, do this. 1. Select file to be moved. 2. Press command+c to copy. 3. Navigate to new location where file is to be moved.
