It must be an artifact of the Tom voice. My Alex voice does not seem to have
that stuttering issue. Ah, Eloquence, so many people seem to have fond
memories of them. I do not. I found them very robotic sounding. Oh well,
that's why we have things called "Preferences", I guess.

There is always Infovox voices. But just to note, I do not hear this
particular one with other voices.
