HI all,

When editing a repeat event in Calendar a dialogue is displayed asking whether
you wish to change all future events or only the current event. However,
VoiceOver does not automatically focus on this dialogue. Moreover, it is
impossible to keep editing or even stop editing the event once this dialogue is
displayed.

the only way I have been able to get around this so far is by turning my
trackpad commander off, then using it to move the mouse pointer while pressing
VO F5 to hear what's under the mouse. When I hear the dialogue message under
the mouse I use VO SHIFT F5 to move the VO curser to the mouse pointer which is
on the dialogue, then I can use normal VO navigation to choose whether to
change only the current or all future events.

This method works, but it can be time consuming and a little hit and miss.
Sometimes I find the dialogue straight away, other times I can be moving the
mouse pointer around for a really long time before I hit the jackpot.

Does anyone have a better method of getting VO to this dialogue?

Many thanks in advance.

Nic
