Favourites, (Not Sidebar,) Issue

Hi again all, When I explained my sidebar issue, it wasn't the sidebar that was the issue. It was the favourites within the sidebar that isn't expanding. Is there any command to expand it? The right arrow key isnt doing anything. All tips are welcome. Thanks, and have a great day. From, Dora S
