Please, can someone provide me the exact steps in Mail on Yosemite 10.10.5 to change the foreground and background colors of an e-mail message? Also, to further expand on this request, can someone also tell me if there is a way, and if so, how, to set a default foreground and background color? I'd like this to take effect for all accounts, and I'd like to have it take effect regardless if I'm composing, replying, or forwarding.
