Hi,
You will not need sighted help for configuring the keyboard. Just
press enter when you start it up and when you hear the intro start
vo. It will tell you what keys to push.

to export to a pdmf or what ever the extention was that they told me.

Not sure about importing contacts since I really don't store those on
my computer but I can heolp with the keyboard question. A usb windows
keyboard will work fine. When you connect it, the mac will probably
ask you to press certain keys so that it can determine what type of
