Which os are you running?
it used to be possible to get a users guide, in text, for voiceover based
on the os. If you tell me what you have, I will check if that is still
the case.

Another very useful feature is the VO-H H command, this then lets you type a
few characters like "top" and see all the voiceover functions that have the
characters top in them.
