OK, since there is no direct or shifted way to get an assign, you probably won’t be able to create hotspot 2, with out setting up a commander. I am surprised the keyboard layout uses command alone and not with the option key, because at least in the English US layouts, command and key is

Hello Anders, People who only use English don’t know or have forgotten that other languages use different keyboard layouts. On a French keyboard, the @ sign is below the Escape key. Also, there are two French keyboard layouts, but only one of them works properly with VO. Cheers, Anne > On

Yes, I was able to reproduce on my US Macintosh just now, though it was difficult because first I had to go to input area of the keyboard system settings and add a new layout of british. Also, on that input tab of keyboard settings there is an HTML area that crashed voiceover every time I got

Hi All, I'm fairly new to Mac OS but starting to get productive. I love the hot-spot function, but have a bizarre glitch. I can assign hot-spots to keys on the number row, all except for the number 3. I've tried a range of scenarios, but when I press VO-shift num-row 3 I just get an error
