I need to make a professional Presentation on my MacBook, I have the
Keynote app, but don't know how to use , it, so , can anyone tell me
if it's fully accessible or not, and, are there any podcasts on how to
use it?

Hi,
Yes, it's fully accessible and you'd be able to make very professional
presentations with it. Not sure about the podcast part though.
