Hi, I much prefer it to follow the VO cursor. For situations like the Amazon web-site that were mentioned, I’ve just created an Activity to change that behaviour for that, or those, specific web-sites. For me, it’s just easier to ensure that the mouse is where I’m hearing things when trying

That being said, one advantage of the mouse cursor following the VoiceOver cursor, is that some voice over commands like vo-shift-M contextual menu Vo-space activate item do not seem to work as consistently when the mouse is not somewhere within the current VO cursor bounds. That being said,

Hello, It's probably best to set it to ignores VO cursor. There are times where it is beneficial to not have the mouse cursor follow the VO cursor. An example of this is the Amazon website. If the mouse cursor is set to follow the VO cursor it can cause all kinds of issues with the Amazon site.
