Hi,
No, I don’t believe so. You can, though, easily duplicate the activity and
then change the web-site associated with it.

if I find other websites later that I want to add to that activity can I do it
without creating another activity?

Hi,
While in VoiceOver Utility, select the Activities category. Press Add
activity. Stop interacting with the table, navigate to the Navigation checkbox
and press it. Set the cursor to Ignore. Navigate to the Apps & Websites menu
and select web-site. Enter www.amazon.com
I set mine up the other way but I do think that in most cases it works better
to have the mouse cursor follow the vo cursor. how would I go about setting up
an activity to change that behavior on sites like Amazon?
thanks.

Hi,
I much prefer it to follow the VO cursor. For situations like the Amazon
web-site that were mentioned, I’ve just created an Activity to change that
behaviour for that, or those, specific web-sites. For me, it’s just easier to
ensure that the mouse is where I’m hearing things when trying
Hi!
Sometimes it can be good also to follow the mouse cursor.
But you can create a shortcut to turn that on or off if that’s needed.

In many cases it doesn't matter but on certain web sites it makes a difference.
On some web sites, a subcategory of links will only appear when the mouse is
moved over the main link. For example, you might have a link that says
"products," and then a sublist of products links would appear, but
That being said, one advantage of the mouse cursor following the VoiceOver
cursor, is that some voice over commands like
vo-shift-M contextual menu
Vo-space activate item
do not seem to work as consistently when the mouse is not somewhere within the
current VO cursor bounds.
That being said,
Hello,
It's probably best to set it to ignores VO cursor. There are times where it is
beneficial to not have the mouse cursor follow the VO cursor. An example of
this is the Amazon website. If the mouse cursor is set to follow the VO cursor
it can cause all kinds of issues with the Amazon site.
Hi,
The subject explains my dilemma. Is it better to set mouse cursorr to ignore
voiceover cursor or follow it? What is your experience. I’d appreciate your
comments.
