I don't think there is a list like what you're looking for that has all the
system-wide shortcuts in one place. If there is, I'd like to have it too. While
it is true that you can go through menus in applications and find a lot of
shortcuts that way, including the finder menus, lists can

Hi Geoff,
First of all, Mary's description of VO Shift Home and and VO Shift End
should wo
s still a long long way from the bottom.
Besides cleaning up the clutter in my in-box and defining a few
filters, any/all suggestions would be appreciated since I am stuck
on what seems like it should be a simple problem.

Hi Geoff,
First of all, Mary's description of VO Shift Home and and VO Shift End
should work for you as Fn VO Shift Left Arrow and Fn VO Shift Right
Arrow, where "Home" is Fn Left Arrow and "End" is Fn Right Arrow" on a
laptop keyboard. Without the Shift key you move to the top or bottom
clutter in my in-box and defining a few
filters, any/all suggestions would be appreciated since I am stuck
on what seems like it should be a simple problem.

Geoff,
You need to interact with the message table with VO-Shift-down arrow. You
should be able to navigate with VO-right/left arrow and hear the column fields.
Start the jump with VO-shift-J. VO-down arrow will take you to the bottom of
the list.
This works on a Macbook Pro's keyboard with
Hi Geoff,
What works for me is to hit vo shift home to go to the top and vo shift end to
go to the bottom. I'm using a full keyboard that actually has home and end
keys, so I don't know what funky key combo you'll use to do that on a notebook
that lacks a home and end key. But I just did this in

Hello Geoff,
The commands to get to the top and bottom of a table are called "Go to first
item" and "Go to last item", and the commands are: Control-Option-Home and
Control-Option-End. On a laptop, Home is FN-Left Arrow, and End is FN-Right
Arrow.
The Command keys are at either end of the Spac
Greetings,
I have over 3,000 messages in my in-box, and wound up somewhere in the
middle looking at undeleted messages from February 2009. My goal was to
reach the bottom, but I couldn't locate an equivalent to control+end. I
then tried doing a millian three finger flicks up on the track pad
