I had installed a Lexmark printer/scanner driver, but I changed my mind and
want to use a different brand. Is there a way to find it and put it in the
Trash? I don’t see it in the list of apps.

Did you install it from the App Store or from the printer material. I haven’t
worked with this specific vendor, but some of the code does get dropped into a
subdirectory of /Library
