No need for any third party apps. The Calendar app is totally able to
accomplish this. I posted instructions for this back in the Fall but here's
the gist of it again.
* Create your initial event.
* Set the first one for the actual second Wednesday of the given month.
* Add any other rele

Not that I'm aware of. What I would do, is set them up as a recurring event on
Mondays and Tuesdays, then modify the Tuesday event for the given week or
weeks. When you go to modify it, Calendar will ask you if you're modifying the
single event or all future events, for which you'd answer
