Odd issue trying to read menu on web site

Good day all: I am attempting to read the menu of a restaurant nearby, and although there is a link which takes me to the menu, I cannot access the contents. A sighted person told me it is a pop-up, but there is no indication of anything. The web site is here: https://manchimeansgood.com
