I have podcasts feeds in iTunes. My settings are to download every hour, keep
all eps, etc. Problem is not all eps in a feed automatically download, Ie
weather podcasts which have once a day eps, or some times are produced twice a
day. I'll have to manually choose update podcast feeds. How

and now I can't gt them back as there servers remove every 2 or 3 weeks.

On
that happened to me once, but then I realized that at some point I'd
inadvertently clicked the button next to the podcast that said unsubscribe, so
it would only download manually. I clicked the now called subscribe button next
to that particular podcast and it is fixed.
