If all you want to do is disable the account when you are not working, then that is the simplest solution. Disabling an email account using Internet Accounts, is a more long-term solution, because that method completely removes the account from your Mail app. Then, when you want to use the

Oh, interesting. I didn’t know you can do that. I’ll have to explore that further. I have entirely too many email addresses. lol Donna > On Sep 8, 2022, at 8:34 AM, Brandon Olivares wrote: > > I used to use the same method of creating a mailbox that combined my personal > accounts and

Hi Jonathan, Thanks! That’s an interesting approach. I have like three personal email addresses, so just taking the work account offline might be easier, but I’ll keep your solution in mind, in case mine turns out to have a fatal flaw. Cheers, Donna > On Sep 8, 2022, at 7:12 AM, Jonathan

I had an issue similar to this, and what I did was to remove the all inbox folder from favorites and add in separate Work and Home Inboxes instead. Then I could type command-2 to review Work emails and and command-1 to review personal ones. Let me know if you need more details.
