I'm not new to the Mac OS, I've used a MacBook Pro for almost six years,
but then I got help from school to install Windows using Bootcamp.
So now I thought it would be nice if I can install Windows without sighted
help. :)

Virtual box is usable or at least has been in the passed.
Fusion is the best in my book of the 3 as it’s fully accessible with VO
VB has a couple of issues I’ve noticed in using it but Fusion I have no issues
with.

fusion is your best bet.
I know some have played around with virtual box and gotten it to work, but I
get the impression if you’re not a real tecchie, you’ll have problems.
I personally use fusion for the odd time I need or want windows for anything.
