Possibly. You can always try Apple support page and manually download it.

Hi,
I tried to install Windows 10 on my 2009 MacBook.
I got a message that Boot camp will only support windows 7.
Is it possible to install 7 then install 10?
or should I just forget the whole thing?
Thanks,
Rob

Hi, this is good news, I don't have boot camp on this mac mini well I
do I just didn't install window's that way I made another partition and
just installed window's10 it worked with a bit of carrying on at first
but works well enough now but I do have the air and this thing is boot
camped.
After booting into your current install of Windows, type Apple software
update into the search box.
From there it's pretty standard.
I can confirm that the FN key now works as expected.
