Thank you. Some how all of the accessibility features were checked under
shortcut so every time I pressed command+triple click Touch ID it would bring
up a list instead of just Voiceover.

Just to be clear, it is three presses of the Touch ID sensor, not just three
touches or taps. You actually have to press it in a manner that makes it do a
