Well, I have no vision either, but I know that when I receive a message to try
again when using the fingerprint technology, I realize that my finger isn't
centered. When it is, the fingerprint always works. By centered, I mean that
my finger is in the middle of the Home Button.

I suppose you put your finger in the centre of the home button and you think
it's centred. However, it feels centred to you I mean me, and as I have no
useful sight, it might not be so my finger not being recognised.

Some handy pointers on the finger print reader:
Firstly, I strongly recommend you add several fingers to use with the sensor,
ones of course that you would typically use to actually press the unlock key
are good choices.

Hi,
I don’t mean to be flip but, write to Apple about what? You said you have had
the finger print reader not register your print twice in a week. This sounds
pretty normal in my opinion. I actually think that is an extremely high
success rate for a biometric scanner of any sort. I mean, you
The fact that it doesn't work doesn't necessarily mean you have a problem with
your phone. I have had experiences where if my figure isn't centered properly,
I received the message to try again. This probably happens to me a few times a
week. But I suspect this is normal behavior.

Hi there
I've only had this happen once, and I think it happened when my finger had
gotten something on it. You might try gently cleaning your home key and you
know making sure that your hands are completely dry before you try it.

Gigi
